The short version
- This site doesn't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and it doesn't set cookies of its own.
- When you send us a message, we use your information only to reply to you.
- We don't sell or rent your personal information.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect the topic you choose, your name, your email address, your company name if you give it, and your message. We use this information to answer your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to provide our services.
Form messages are delivered to our team by email through our email delivery provider, Resend, and kept in our business email system. We keep these messages only as long as we need them to work with you or to meet legal requirements.
Spam protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated spam. Turnstile may process information such as your IP address and browser characteristics for this purpose. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum for details.
Hosting and security
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare processes technical information about each visit, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@ozarkdataworks.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date above.
